When you submit a request, we may collect your name, business or facility name, work email, phone number, facility ZIP code, property type, approximate size, service frequency, desired start date, current cleaning situation, decision-making role, and any notes you provide.

We may also automatically collect technical and attribution information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and advertising click identifiers.

2. How we use information

• Process, review, route, and respond to commercial cleaning requests.
• Match requests with one or more independent commercial cleaning providers that may serve the requested area.
• Enable Janitorial Lead Pros and matched providers to contact requesters about their inquiry.
• Measure advertising and website performance, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve the Site.

3. How we share information

We may share a request with one or more independent commercial cleaning providers so they can evaluate the opportunity and contact the requester. We may also share information with vendors that provide hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, communications, security, and recordkeeping services. We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business transfer.

4. Calls, email, and text messages

By submitting a request, you authorize Janitorial Lead Pros and one or more matched commercial cleaning providers to contact you about that request by phone, email, or text, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out or HELP for assistance.

5. Cookies and measurement

We may use essential cookies, analytics tools, and advertising technologies, including Google analytics products and the Meta Pixel or Conversions API. These tools help operate the Site, attribute visits and submissions, measure campaigns, and improve performance.
