These Terms govern your use of janitorialleadpros.com and the Janitorial Lead Pros commercial cleaning referral and matching service, operated by Pleiades Consultancy. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Matching service

Janitorial Lead Pros collects commercial cleaning requests and may share them with one or more independent providers that may serve the requested area. We are not a cleaning company and do not perform, supervise, control, or warrant cleaning services.

2. Independent providers

Providers are independent businesses. We do not guarantee provider availability, licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, response time, workmanship, or suitability. Any walkthrough, quote, contract, payment, service, warranty, claim, or dispute is solely between the requester and the provider.

3. Requests and user responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit requests only for legitimate commercial cleaning needs. You may not misuse the Site, impersonate another person, submit deceptive information, interfere with Site operation, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Contact consent

By submitting a request, you agree that Janitorial Lead Pros and one or more matched providers may contact you about the request by phone, email, or text, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance.

5. No obligation or guarantee

A request is free to submit and does not require you to hire a provider. Submission does not guarantee a match, response, inspection, quote, price, or service outcome. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, branding, copy, graphics, and software are owned by Janitorial Lead Pros, Pleiades Consultancy, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site only for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and matching service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Janitorial Lead Pros and Pleiades Consultancy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts, omissions, services, communications, or disputes of an independent provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update the Site or these Terms. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
